ZJQ Submersible Sand Pump Introduction

The ZJQ Type Submersible Sand Pump is a hydraulic machinery that operates with a motor and water pump in the working medium. It offers many advantages such as fine material handling, advanced structure, wide process channel, and strong ventilation capability for solid particles. This type of pump is primarily used for expelling and delivering thick liquid slurry in metallurgical plants, mines, thermal power plants, and other industries. It serves as an ideal substitute for traditional slurry pumps. In the design and production of this pump, we have incorporated advanced foreign technology.

In addition to the impeller at the bottom of the pump, there is a stirring impeller to agitate deposited sludge, enabling the delivery of high-concentration liquids without additional equipment. A unique sealing device efficiently balances pressure inside and outside the oil chamber. This balances the pressure on both sides of the mechanical seal, ensuring optimal operation of mechanical testing and various protection systems. All of these features enable the pump to operate safely for long periods in harsh environments.
